NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 13th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 745, in Volume D1, Folio 84/955, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Peter Waiharo Njeri, formerly known as Feisal Ali Waiharo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Feisal Ali Waiharo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Waiharo Njeri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Waiharo Njeri only.
