TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Mark Rauga Bundi, of P.O. Box 720–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert
Bundi Riambere alias Robert Bundi, who died at Nkunga, on 8th May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By (1) Catherine Wambui Murigu and (2) Susan Nkirote Gichaga, both of P.O. Box 1367–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gichaga Gakure, who died at
Rwanyambo Village, on 29th December, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
