TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th March, 2026 CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2025 By Alfred Ndola Kiwa, of P.O. Box 31–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndola Nzioki alias Ndola Nzioka, who died on 5th March, 1977. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2026 By Magdalene Mwikali Musyoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Musyoki Kithembe, who died on 12th August, 2025. CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2026 By Joel Kyalo Kimanyi, of P.O. Box 1–90140, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabeth Ndanu Ngaa, who died on 10th April, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
