TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2026
By (1) Joyce Chepkemoi Korir and (2) Alfred Kiprotich Koech, both of P.O. Box 427, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Taprandich w/o Cherigat and (2) Kipkorir Keter, who died on (1) 5th September, 2013 and (2)
8th May, 1981, respectively.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
