CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025 By Ahmed Yusuf Harunany, the executor to the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Mohamed Yusuf Haji, who died at Memon Medical Centre, on 23rd March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2025 By Hassanain Mohamed Jaffer Jagani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Jaffer Ahmed Jagani, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2025. E65 OF 2026 By Abdulkadir Mote Mohamed, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rukiya Abdulrehman alias Rukia Mote Mohamed, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2026 By Mohamedbhai Ebrahim M. Adamji, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anwar Ebrahim Adamji, who died at Saifee Foundation Medical Centre, on 12th February, 2025.
