APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 58 and 58A of the County Governments Act, as read with section 10 of the Vihiga County Public Service Board Act, 2025 and having received communication from the Clerk pursuant to section 11 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, confirming that the nominees were duly vetted and approved by the Vihiga County Assembly for appointment, I, Wilber K. Ottichilo (Dr.), Governor, Vihiga County, appoint— Kennedy Akala Aluda — Chairperson, Jairus Opati Ounza, Ibrahim Kugo Bwamu, Elizabeth Gloria Anindo Wanyama (Dr.), as Chairperson and Members of Vihiga County Public Service Board on full time basis, for a non-renewable period of six (6) years, effective from the 1st April, 2026.
