THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdhalla Mwagure Jimbi, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Mwembelegeza S.S./1080, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
