REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwanza Dwiko, of P.O. Box 10808, Foothill Blud No. 160, PMB 254, Rancho, United States of America, is registered as the administrator of the estate of Peter Dwiko Ndolo (deceased) who is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0108 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 121/98, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
