REGISTRATION

WHEREAS First Reisurance Brokers Africa Limited, (formerly Known as First Reinsurance Brokers Limited), of P.O. Box 50565– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all all that parcel of land known as Apartment No. D28, erected on L.R. No. 209/21262, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 176154/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provincial certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
