REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Adan Quresh, of P.O. Box 16639–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Maisonette No. 221, erected on that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 209/12565, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by 17741774 virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 141321/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by Premier Bank Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 26219–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the chargee to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
