REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lucy Wairimu Ngugi, (2) Mary Njoki Kariuki and (3) Francis Gitau Ngure, as trustees to Befam Welfare Group, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in Kiambu County, registered under title No. Juja Kiaura Block/7 (Mangu)/ 339, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a land new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
