REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Elizabeth Njeri Mwangi and (2) Noah Mungai Mwangi, as administrators of the estate of John Mwangi Mungai (deceased), both of P.O. Box 68568–00622, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that a piece of land, 2nd April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE known as L.R. No. 36/I/102, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of conveyance, registered as Volume N25, Folio 388/23, File 4489, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the administrators have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
