REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Melckzedeck Knight Osore, of P.O. Box 88157– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0536 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. 4834/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District registered as L.T. 21, Folio 750, File 6191, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the register (Folio) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, Dated the 2nd April, 2026.
