THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kinyungu Munguti (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kitui, known as Kisasi/Ngangani/871, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E184 of 2025 has issued letters of administration in favor of Julius Kathimbu Kinyungu, and whereas the said Julius Kathimbu Kinyungu has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land register issued earlier to Kinyungu Munguti (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land register and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration, the land register issued earlier to the said Kinyungu Munguti (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
