REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Nduati (ID/2571218), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/11493 (Mutukanio), and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the green card shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
