GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4958

WHEREAS Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Laikipia Mutitu Ngoru Block 4/259 (Manguo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1619 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Florence Wangeci Githinji, and whereas the said Florence Wangeci Githinji has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of Florence Wangeci Githinji, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bildad Gathogo Waihumbu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
