THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kishanto ole Suuji, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 16.18 hectares or thereabout, situate in Narok County, known as Cis-Mara/Oleleshwa/24829, and whereas the said piece of land previously belonged to Kishanto ole Suuji, and whereas it has been established that the said piece of land was fraudulently transferred to Nkoris Sanamwala (ID/30197915), and whereas numerous notices have been given to Nkoris Sanamwala to surrender the land title deed, and whereas he has refused and/or failed to surrender for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to revert the said piece of land back to the rightful owner Kishato ole Suuji, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nkoris Sanamwala shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
