THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Double Clean Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 15315, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.9373 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 92/225, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the Environmental and Land Court at Milimani in ELC Case No. 219 of 2015 vide a decree has directed the cancellation of the certificate of lease issued to Double Clean Enterprises Limited, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said title and proceed with the cancellation of the certificate of lease issued to Double Clean Enterprises Limited. Dated the 2nd April, 2026. P. W.
