APPOINTMENT
PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof. Take notice that this Court in Miscellaneous
Application No. E147 of 2025, appointed (1) Catherine Nyambura
Karimi (CNK), (2) Antony Thige Karimi (ATK) and (3) Judith
Wanjiku Karimi (JWK), as managers and legal guardians of the estate and all affairs of Margaret Gathoni Karimi (MGK).
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
