APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 27 (4) and (5) of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in High Cough Family Miscellaneous Application Case No. E5 of 2026, appointed Dorah Awino, as the manager of the estate and all affairs of John Halowe Oyweya, with effect from the 4th March, 2026. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to contrary and appearance in the respect entered with fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
