TAKE NOTICE that Goodrich Schools Limited, of P.O. Box 20122–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, filed a liquidation petition order against itself, the company under the Insolvency Act No. 18 of 2015 on the 13th January, 2026 in the High Court of Kenya at Milimani vide High Court Insolvency petition No. E1 of 2026. The matter is scheduled of mention on the 11th June, 2026.Any creditor or interested party of the above named petitioner desirous to oppose or support the issuance of the liquidation order may appear before the High Court at Milimani either in person or through a dully appointed Advocate of the High Court on the 11th June, 2026 and submit in writing the ground for their support or opposition to the liquidation order.
