APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, take notice that Put Sarajevo General Engineering Company was placed under liquidation pursuant to a Court Order dated 23rd January, 2025 and Diana Mumo, of P.O. BOX 9503–00100, Nairobi, was appointed as Liquidator of Put Sarajevo General Engineering Company Limited pursuant to section 439 of the Insolvency Act. Further take notice that the affairs and assets of the Company are now vested in the Liquidator. Accordingly, the powers of the directors to deal with or transact in respect of the Company’s assets have ceased, save with the express permission of the Court or Liquidator. All matters relating to the company, including claims, inquiries and correspondence shall be directed to the Liquidator via email at longetmumollp@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted in the prescribed Proof of Debt form (Form No. 5), accompanied by all relevant supporting documents for consideration.
