GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5004

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, Take Notice that Diana Nduku Mumo, of P. O. Box 9503–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, was appointed as Interim Liquidator of Zen Autocomp Kenya Limited pursuant to an Order of the Court issued on 1st December, 2025, pending final determination in the matter I&M Bank Limited-Vs-Zen Autocomp Kenya Limited, HCCOMMIP No. E13 of 2025. Further take notice that the affairs and assets of the company are now vested in the Interim Liquidator. Accordingly, the powers of the directors to deal with or transact in respect of the company’s assets have ceased, save with the express permission of the Court or the Interim Liquidator. All matters relating to the company, including claims, inquiries, and correspondence, shall be directed to the Interim Liquidator via email at longetmumollp@gmail.com. Claims must be submitted in the prescribed Proof of Debt form, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents, for consideration.
