NOTICE is issued to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner of the following motor cycles and motor vehicles laying unclaimed and uncollected at Rangwe Police Station to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all incidental cost including the cost of this publication failure to which Messrs. Kerati Auctioneers is authorized to sell them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owners.
