notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following goods attached under the distress for rent Act Cap. 293; One 4 by 6 bed, Ramtons top cooker, 1 arm chair, coffee table, chest of drawers, Ramtons fridge, 4-burner cooker plus cylinder, sofa sets, mannequins, side board and Bluetooth speaker, 2 wooden seats, flower stand, wall hangings, decoders, laptop, assorted books, carpets, vitron television, heater, lamp stand, curtains, assorted shoes, electric kettle, meko, assorted utensils, assorted clothes and bags, iron box, bed plus mattress within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said items which are currently lying at L.R. Ruaka /934 II Nairobi upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner. 2nd April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Dated the 24th March, 2026.
