NOTICE is given pursuant to section 4 of the Disposal of Uncollected Good Act, that the following good; motor vehicle reg. No. KAC 422K Land Rover, motor cycle Reg. No. KAM 714K Yamaha, motor cycle reg. No. MMC 0677 Suzuki, motor cycle reg. No. KAL 321P Honda, motor cycle reg. No. KAH 789X Honda and Chinese Water Pumps, Generator set and brush cutters, deposited by various customers for repairs and services at Sagoo’s Garage Limited, Eldoret, remain uncollected to date. The custodian has been unable to trace the respective depositors. Take notice that unless the said goods are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding charges and incidental costs, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the depositors and the proceeds therof shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
