NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya to the owners of the following Salvage motor vehicles herein: KCK 315T, Toyota Filder; KDU 115Z, Toyota Probox; KDU 826V, Dihatsu Move; KDR 697U, Toyota Probox; KCP 384X, Toyota Probox; KDU 867P, Nissan Note; KBP 718M, BMW; KDV 659H, Toyota Vitz; KDU 710D, Nissan Note; KDS 653M, Nissan Note; KDV 874W, Subaru Impreza; KDN 928F, Toyota Probox; to take delivery of their goods and motor vehicles which are currently lying at Eldomech Motors Solutions Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public Auction by Icon Auctioneers, Tembo Co-operative House, 3rd Floor Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 40781– 00100, Nairobi, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
