Nyagah, of P.O. Box 35–60103, Runyenjes in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Njiru Japan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Njiru Japan and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John J. Nyagah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John J. Nyagah only. Dated the 6th March, 2026.
