NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 203, Volume B-13, Folio 2488/22811, File No. 1637, by our client, Hamisi Said Zakaria, of P.O. Box 55– 80403, Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hamisi Zakaria, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hamisi Zakaria and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hamisi Said Zakaria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hamisi Said Zakaria only.
