Box 90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as 2nd April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Freshia Mutheu Kitusa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Freshia Mutheu Kitusa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Freshia Mutheu Kitusawa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Freshia Mutheu Kitusawa only.
