NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 18th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 747, in Volume D1, Folio 84/956, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Ahlam Yassin Obsiye, formerly known as Shindess Yassin Obsiye, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shindess Yassin Obsiye and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahlam Yassin Obsiye, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahlam Yassin Obsiye only.
