REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Black and White Hotel Company Limited, of P.O. Box 45640–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 209/136/12, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 73605/1, and whereas Consolidated Bank of Kenya Limited executed a discharge of charge document in favor of the registered proprietor, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said grant has been misplace, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the lease and register the discharge provided that no objection has been received within that period.
