REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gloria Khwaka Oyatsi and (2) Absalom Wanjala Wamalwa, of P.O. Box 40286–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that apartment No. B3, erecred on that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 330/667, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as Volume N.92, Folio 189/4, File 26630, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
