REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Titus Kipchirchir Cheruiyot and (2) Willishek Kipkoech Cheruiyot, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in Bomet County, known as Kericho/Kyogong/1013, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
