REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sidi Tsofwa Kithi, of P.O. Box 714–80200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.480 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Gede/Dabaso/940, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
