REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Odaa Okumu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Manyatta “A”/4663, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 684 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of (1) Caroline Atieno Odenya and (2) Daniel Oginga Okumu, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) Caroline Atieno Odenya and (2) Daniel Oginga Okumu and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of Sarah Odaa Okumu (deceased) are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Sarah Odaa Okumu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
