GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5178

WHEREAS Geoffrey Mwaura Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/7165, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E110 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Rahap Wanjiru Keo, (2) Benson Njoroge Mwaura and (3) Julia Wairimu Mwaura, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Geoffrey Mwaura Njoroge (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names of (1) Rahap Wanjiru Keo, (2) Benson Njoroge Mwaura and (3) Julia Wairimu Mwaura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Geoffrey Mwaura Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
