THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Veronica Mulola Kalusi alias Veronica Mutola Kalusi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Emali Town Block 3 (Kinyoo)/466, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makueni in Succession Cause No. E40 of 2026, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Kennedy Muli Kailiti, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of Veronica Mulola Kalusi alias Veronica Mutola Kalusi (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of Kennedy Muli Kailiti, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Veronica Mulola Kalusi alias Veronica Mutola Kalusi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
