REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amos Ngethe Ndungu (ID/3110973), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title No. Nachu/Mikuyuini/568, by virtue of a title deed issued on 3rd February, 2026, and whereas it has been established that the parcel of land is registered in favour of Margaret Wambui Njuguna (ID/4309330), registered on 17th February, 1994 and a title deed issued, notice is given for surrender of title deed registered in favour of Amos Ngethe Ndungu (ID/3110973) after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, the said title deed will stand cancelled and of no effect.
