REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Mwarari Gichuhi (ID/11410488), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kiambaa/Ruaka/4196, by virtue of a title deed issued on 16th December, 2025, and whereas it has been established that the parcel of land is registered in favour of Jane Njeri Mbugua (ID/68556614), registered on 26th August, 2024 and a title deed issued, notice is given for surrender of title deed registered in favour of Joseph Mwarari Gichuhi (ID/1141088) after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, the said title deed will stand cancelled and of no effect.
