COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above mentioned Part Development Plan was completed on the 12th September, 2025. The Part Development Plan relates to land situated within Kisumu. Copies of the Part Development Plan have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the North Nyanza Regional Co- ordinator, National Physical Planning Office (Ardhi House), Kisumu, CECM in charge of lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban development, City Manager and County Commissioner- Kisumu The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above mentioned offices between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named Part Development Plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the, North Nyanza Regional Co-ordinator, National Physical Planning Office (Ardhi House), P.O. Box 1874, Kisumu, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representations or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 22nd September, 2025.
