NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Motor Vehicles Registration Numbers KCL 931Z, Toyota Fielder, KAM 241R, Nisaan Sunny, KAL 454M, Daewood Cielo Station Wagon and KAH 982Z, Hyundai Saloon, to collect the said respective Motor Vehicles from the premises of Purple Royal Auction and Storage Yard along Kiambu Road near Wonderjoy Gardens within thirty (30) days from the publication, upon payment of all outstanding storage and other related and accrued charges levied upon the respective motor vehicles. 10th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE Further notice given that should the respective owners of the uncollected Motor Vehicles fail to pay up, take delivery and remove the said motor vehicles within the prescribed period above, the respective motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the respective owners whatsoever.
