NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, under instruction from our client, Berny Investment, of P.O. Box 30465– 00106, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya; to the owner(s) of Motor Vehicles: Renault, Registration No. KAG 815G, Chassis No.VFIB56BK5: Engine No. F3P D720CO50437, Mitsubishi Galant Vienio, Registration No. KAG 861A, Chassis No. E52A and Man truck (salvage), Registration No. KBW839Z, Chassis No.WMAN2420308976; engine No.4G93T88A and Tiger Motor Cycle Registration No. KMDR 018C; all lying uncollected at the premises of Berny Parking and Carwash, off Kamae Road, Kahawa West, Nairobi. To take delivery of the said Motor Vehicles and trailer from the respective premises as herein above within THIRTY(30)DAYS from the date of this publication, upon payment of all charges pertaining to the said motor vehicles including the cost of this notice,failure to which the said motor vehicles and trailer will be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without further notice or reference to the owners.
