NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 340, in Volume D1, Folio 943/982, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Dancan Mbithi Masai Matingi, formerly known as Dancan Mbithi Matingi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dancan Mbithi Matingi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dancan Mbithi Masai Matingi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dancan Mbithi Masai Matingi only.
