NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1676, in Volume D1, Folio 100/1164, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Alfayo Kasembeli Mulanda, of P.O. Box 53163–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alfayo Kasembeli Lichungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alfayo Kasembeli Lichungu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the Alfayo Kasembeli Mulanda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Alfayo Kasembeli Mulanda only.
