NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 909, in Volume D1, Folio 90/1006, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Jonathan Kanayo Lesirat, of P.O. Box 329–00206, Kiserian in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kaitet ole Muteti Lesirat, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kaitet ole Muteti Lesirat and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the Jonathan Kanayo Lesirat, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jonathan Kanayo Lesirat only.
