NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1191, in Volume D1, Folio 111/1184, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Saadiya Abdirizak Elmi, formerly known as Saadiya Mohamud Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Saadiya Mohamud Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Saadiya Abdirizak Elmi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Saadiya Abdirizak Elmi only.
