TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Muriuki Njiru and (2) Jacinta Njeri Njiru, both of P.O.
Box 3135–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Ngari Njiru, who died at
St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025
By (1) Dionisia Wangui Muturi and (2) Lee Joe Mbora Muturi, both of P.O. Box 669–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marclus Muturi Tai Gituai, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 14th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
