TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023
By (1) Jared Otieno Ouma and (2) Denish Ochieng Ouma, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ouma Ondiek, who died at Oruba, on 9th March, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Raphael Okwacho Onjako, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Adongo
Onjako, who died on 16th June, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
