TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025
By Simon N. Kirugura, of P.O. Box 109, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njura Kirugura, who died at Mufu Sub-location, on
9th November, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Mercy Thaara Njiru, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pilicia Warue Njiru, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th October, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
